I have used this hotel in my last two trips to LA for two key reasons : (1) affordability, provides the basic needs for a night's stay and for business purposes only, I would not recommend it for a leisurely stay (2) convenience since it is strategically located and can just walk to the mall for great dinner or even a movie to relax after a hard day's work.

Morning schedules are usually tight as you need to run to work and start early. I would appreciate if they can offer a decent breakfast, even if I have to pay for it, or at least replenish the food and have something new in the pantry. There is free Wifi but signal is too weak and can hardly keep the lines open.

Close to the shopping mall, and Americana (new shopping mall), felt safe even in the evening. Close to the bus stop, which is great for a travelar withouht a car like me. The staff were friendly.

友人が電話でフロントに伝言を残したそうだけど、私に伝わりませんでした。なんとか会えたのでよかったですが、もう少しで会い損ねるところでした。My friend told me that he phoned the hotel and left me a message in themorning, but somehow, I didn't get it. It was OK as finally we could see each other, but almost missed　朝食がベーグルとシリアルで少しさみしかったかな。でもレビユーで知っていたのと、高級ホテルでないし、こんなものかな、とも思いました。 It would be nice if the breakfast was more than bagles and cereals... but I bet these are usual American style breakfast. And I knew about it from the review. As the price is not in luxuary range, I can't complain.

we stayed 3 nights. we got a room of 2 queen beds as 4 ppl stayed the night. it was nice and comfortable beds and the room was super clean. the hotel staff was friendly. the hotel location is great. close all the shopping malls and also next door to famous Americana shopping mall. also a movie theater. nice place to relax. value for your money.

Before reservation we saw continental breakfast to be offered, but in the reality we didn't get anything except for old pastery. The telefon was not in function. When we called the hotel from outside, nobody was on the phone.

It's gotten pretty old and needs some updating in the rooms.

The staff was friendly and as helpful as possible, however limited, due to the conditions the aged hotel offered. The AC did not bring the 3 rooms tried to below 88 degrees. The ventilation needs to be updated as well as the stained, springless and threadbared chairs. They are currently replacing the beds and bedding. The breakfast over the 3 days there tasted as though was bought at day old outlet. The location was excellent and conventient.

Close to California Barbering and Cosmetology Licensing Exam center, shopping, and restraunts. Helpful staff, on-site parking, pool and Jacuzzi.

Would have liked the jacuzzi to be a little warmer.

The best thing about this hotel was the location .the rooms really need updating .Service was not the best went more than once asking for a towel to the front desk i was assured it would be brought to us never was. We had 4 people to the room and was just getting 3 towels left.

I liked the location of the hotel - there were a significant number of restaurants around the hotel as well as a major shopping mall within walking distance.

I liked how pleasant the staff was to deal with. They had free movies to use and even gave us free popcorn to enjoy

I didn't like the hair dryer, it was very out dated. I also didn't like the parking lot, it is very small

free wi-fi in room, jacuzzi and pool, proximity to mall (shopping and eating)

Breakfast was served (cereal, bagels, and pastry) but some variety would be a nice change instead of the same thing every day

We received a warm welcome and stayed in clean rooms.

our room 221 had a WiFi dead space. Ethernet cable did not work either.

Room was ready upon arrival.We children in Gledale and enjoyed a leisureely visit.
